Russell Ballard, President & Principle consultant
Mr. Ballard has 20 years of experience in environmental, health and safety. His background encompasses the following regulations: CAA, CWA, RCRA, EPCRA, DOT & OSHA. His portfolio includes compliance audits, developing procedures and programs, and training clients on regulations.
Russell has worked across a variety of manufacturing and service industries including supporting clients with quality, environmental, health and safety management systems. He has implemented, maintained and improved ISO management systems as both an EHS Manager and as a consultant.
He has conducted more than one hundred Registrar and internal audits; thereby providing extensive knowledge on best practices and how management systems can be tailored to each company. Russell also has also worked in the IT Asset Disposition/Electronics Recycling industry since the initial development of the Responsible Recycling standard.
