In implementing and improving responsible recycling management systems, our first priority is to ensure that the system is not complicated. We work with companies to simplify management systems so that they get used by all levels of the organization. The other benefit of simplification is to not create unnecessary requirements that either bind employees to unneeded tasks or nonconformance for not performing those unneeded tasks. Therefore, we support creating or improving structures that are logical in following the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle. We do this in a co-working role where we verify that there is a common vision and that all new processes and documents are understood and agreed upon.

Implementation of R2v3 from beginning through certification (note: Registrars perform the certification audit).
